What to Expect
Bear hunts are fully guided and conducted on public land. Hunts focus on locating animals through glassing and covering terrain throughout the day. Patience and steady hiking are required. References can be provided upon request.

Rifle Hunts
Rifle bear hunts are based out of our on-site lodge and require a license obtained through Colorado Parks & Wildlife. Application deadlines are typically in early April.
Cabins & On-Site Accommodations
Hunters stay in our on-site cabins during guided hunts. Cabins provide a comfortable base camp close to hunting areas.

$75 per person/day for accompanying Non-Hunters
Packing & Game Retrieval
All guided elk hunts include packing and game retrieval services.

Licensing & Physical Requirements
Valid Colorado elk license required
Hunter safety certificate required if born after Jan 1, 1949
Good physical condition expected due to elevation and terrain
